NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed November 8, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 36-2009-CA-054136 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and JAVIER ORTIZ; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAVIER ORTIZ N/K/A JACKIE ORTIZ N/K/A JACKIE ORTIZ; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 8 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
