NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed November 9, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 36-2008-CA-051704 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE OF THE HOMEBANC MORTGAGE TRUST 2005-4, is the Plaintiff and MARGARET C. LONG; KEVIN A LONG; BANK OF AMERICA; BONITA BEACH CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 9 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

B- 118, AND AN UNDIVIDED 3362 PERCENT OWNERSHIP INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS IN BONITA BEACH CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1215, PAGE 95, RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1239, PAGE 437, OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2157, PAGE 201, AND IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2292, PAGE 3208, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION
