NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 7 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2010-CA-055290, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and JAMES A BANDY, BRIGID M BANDY and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) A/K/A CHRISTINA LIEBERGALL IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 7 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Begin at the Southeast corner of Section 32, Township 47 South, Range 25 East, Lee County, Florida; thence West along the South line of said section for 665 feet; thence North 50 feet to the north line of Bonita Beach Road; thence continue on the same course along the center line of a road 130 feet wide a distance of 880 feet to the South line of a road 50 feet wide; thence East along the South line of said 50 foot road for 185 feet to the Point of Beginning of the lands herein described. From said Point of Beginning run East 60 feet along the South line of a road 50 feet wide; thence South 115 feet to a canal; thence West along the North line of said canal a distance of 60 feet; thence North to the South line of said 50 feet road and the Point of Beginning. Together with the right of ingress and egress over and along the roads hereinabove mentioned.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
