NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 8 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-023316, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOAN SERVICING LP F/K/ A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and JASON LEE PIKE; COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSHUA WAYNE PIKE; JOSHUA WAYNE PIKE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JASON LEE PIKE; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 8 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 33 AND 34, BLOCK 788, UNIT 22, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 1 THROUGH 16, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
