NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 7 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 36-2008-CA-053503, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LAON ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3. is the Plaintiff and JESSIE LLOYD; CITY OF CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JESSIE LLOYD; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 7 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 82 AND 83, BLOCK 1967, OF CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION,UNIT 28, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 101 to 111, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
