NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 9 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-52760, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THORNBURG MORTGAGE HOME LOANS INCORPORATED is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA O MCFARLANE; ALL DAY WINDOW CLEANING; ALTA MAR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; R.L. JAMES, INCORPORATED, and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 9 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 413, OF ALTA MAR, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DATED FEBRUARY 24, 2006, AND RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 20060000083303, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SUCH UNIT AND ALL OTHER APPURTENANCES TO SUCH UNIT AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
