Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 8, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 11-CC-4336 of the County Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Fort Myers, Florida, I will sell to the property at public sale, on December 8, 2011 to the highest bidder or bidders for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 7-202, LIGHTHOUSE BAY TWO, a Condominium, according to the Declaration thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 3237, Page 2088, as may be amended from time to time, Public Records of Lee County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens,must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
