Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed November 8, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-052492 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and David M. Selby and Grace Ellen Selby are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Beginning 9:00 A.M. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on December 8, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
the following described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the county of lee, state of florida, to wit:
lot 24, block f, william jeffcott subdivision, of the northeast 1/4 of southwest 1/4 of section 24, township 44, range 24, recorded in plat book 1, page 40, lee county courthouse.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens,must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
