NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed November 7, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-ca-053572 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as successor to jpmorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders of Popular abs, inc. Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-6, Plaintiff and James Summerville and Angela Summerville are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, December 7, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
