NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed November 8, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-ca-064898 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee on Behalf of the Luminent Mortgage Trust 2006-2 Trust Fund, Plaintiff and Timothy Ascolani and Deborah M. Johanes are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, December 8, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
lots 22 and 23, block 90, unit 2, part 3, cape coral, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 11, page 40, in the public records of lee county, florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
