NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed November 9, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 08-CA-012334 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for the benefit of the certificateholders of Nomura Home Equity Loan, Inc. Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-FM2, Plaintiff and Manuel Cortez are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES, December 9, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 1, EASTEGATE AT SAN CARLOS PINES, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 21 THROUGH 23, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
