NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed November 3, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-051007 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein citimortgage, inc., is Plaintiff, and maurice m. douek, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 1st day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens field in the instant matter, to wit:
lot 48, moody river estates unit two, according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 83, pages 14 to 16, inclusive of the public records of lee county, florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
