WLODYKA, CARL M. WLODYKA, JENIFER A. REED, a/k/a JENIFER WLODYKA, and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM, on the 9 day of December, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
APARTMENT NUMBER “G”, OF BONITA SPRINGS VILLAGE GARDENS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF DATED DECEMBER 29, 1967, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 441, PAGE 434, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
