Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 3rd day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-057640, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Lee County's Public Auction website, www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 5th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 1, UNIT 1, SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 180, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
