NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed November 4, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-008664 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, NA, AS SUCCESSOR TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, NA, AS TRUSTEE, is Plaintiff, and MODESTA ROSAS-RUIZ SANCHEZ, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 5th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, UNIT A, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS LINDA LOMA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 33, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
