NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed November 4, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-056272 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC., is Plaintiff, and JOANNE ROUSIS, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 5th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24 AND 25, BLOCK 1759, CAPE CORAL UNIT 45, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 122 THROUGH 134, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
