NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed November 10, 2011 and entered in NO. 36-2010-CA-055555 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff and GOVIND SINGH; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GOVIND SINGH N/K/A MONIKA SONER; CATALINA AT WINKLER HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; TENANT #4; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00AM, on the 12 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 117, CATALINA AT WINKLER, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, AT PAGES 34 THROUGH 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
