NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed the 10 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-65297, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein EMC MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and CARSHENA BENJAMIN, CITIBANK, NA AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF SACO I TRUST 2006-9, MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-9, WILMONT BENJAMIN A/K/A WILMOT J. BENJAMIN, MERLANDE POLINICE, PIERRE JULES POLINICE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 12 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 69, UNIT 8, SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 180, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FL.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
