NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 26, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CC-000028-ES of the County Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Saddlebrook Resort Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and TERRI GHATTAS and DAVID GHATTAS are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m., on the 7th day of December, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 712-A, Cluster No. 7, SADDLEBROOK CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration thereof as recorded in O.R. Book 1167, Page 578 and amendments thereto and being further described in the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat book 20, Pages 117 through 122, together with a non-exclusive easements for ingress and egress over and across the land described in O.R. Book 821, Page 1006 and in O.R. Book 839, Page 1763, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto. the street address of which is: 4786 Fox Hunt Drive 712A Wesley Chapel, FL, 33543.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
