NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 26, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-004746WSJ2, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. U.S. BANK N.A.,IN ITS CAPACITY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2005-5, HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-5, is Plaintiff and ROBERT A. HAMEL; DONNA J. HAMEL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR LENDER'S INVESTMENT CORP., A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A NANCY SPONAUGLE are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 12th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
