NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated November 2, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-009564-WS (J3) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as Successor Trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc. Bear Stearns ALT-A Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-10, Plaintiff and Theresa Zordan and Joseph Baccash are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on December 5, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
