NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated November 7, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-001352-WS (J3) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-CB8, Plaintiff and Janet M. Pohl and Brian C. Barter are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on December 7, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 40, TANGLEWOOD EAST, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 145 AND 146, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
