NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 3, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 51-2007-CA-5680-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-81, is the Plaintiff and NELSON CORTEZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT (S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 NKA KELLY SEERVARD; TENANT #2 NKA CHRISTINA SEERVARD are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM,on December 08, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
