Romano, Sr., Toni Mari Romano, Covered Bridge Estates Community Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 6th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 51, OF COVERED BRIDGES ESTATES, UNIT 1A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF. AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, AT PAGE 118, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
