NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 2, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-010171 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOMURA ASSET ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR4 is the Plaintiff and GIOVANNI PALACIOS A/K/A GIOVANNIE PALACIOS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GIOVANNI PALACIOS A/K/A GIOVANNIE PALACIOS N/K/A CONCEPCION PALACIOS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR CITIMORTGAGE, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A SAMUEL VALERIO, and TENANT #2 N/K/A MARGARITA HERNANDEZ are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 6th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

DAVIS RESUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 271, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
