NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 02, 2011and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-005227 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-AR16 is the Plaintiff and NICHOLAS M. MILLER; LAURA K. MILLER; COMMUNITY BANK MANATEE; REGIONS BANK D/B/A AMSOUTH BANK; MANDALAY HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 8th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
