NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 31, 2011 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-002469 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CMLIT 2007-AR8 is the Plaintiff and SCOTT M. MAIRN; HEATHER MAIRN A/K/A HEATHER J. MAIRN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; STONE HARBOUR III CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; STONEYBROOK AT HERITAGE HARBOUR COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; STONE HARBOUR COMMONS ASSOCIATION, INC.; HERITAGE HARBOUR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 2nd day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
