GILCHRIST; JEFFREY W. RIEG; OAK TRACE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF MANATEE COUNTY, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 6th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
