Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 4, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number 41 2008 CA 000579 B, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006 FRE2 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff, and JACQUELINE DORELIEN, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 15, OF PARKSIDE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in PB 44, Pages 160-167, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 16th day of December, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
