PHILLIPS; SUNTRUST BANK; CARPENTRAS AT THE VILLAGES OF AVIGNON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., F/K/A OAK VIEW HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 12/22/2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
