Notice is hereby given pursuant to the ORDER RESETTING FORECLOSURE SALE entered by the Court on November 1, 2011 in Case No.: 08-CA-017125-K in the Circuit Court for the Thirteenth Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Keith L. Ritchie, Wanda L. Ritchie, and Copper Ridge/Brandon Homeowners Association, Inc., Unknown Tenant #1 and Unknown Tenant #2 are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on January 6, 2012, at 10:00 AM to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, the following described real and personal property, situate and being in Hillsborough County, Florida to-wit:
Lot 2, Block B, Copper Ridge Tract B3, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 84, Page 98, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
