NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 4, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-32053 DIV B CN: 292009CA032053XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is Plaintiff and JOEL GONZALEZ; CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOEL GONZALEZ; REBECCA GONZALEZ; ARIEL GONZALEZ; STATE OF FLORIDA; Unknown Tenant No. 1; Unknown Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, under or Against a Named Defendant to this Action, or Having or Claiming to Have Any Right, Title or Interest in the Property Herein Described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 2:00 p.m. on the 24th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
lot 17, block 21, of east tampa, according to the map or plat thereof as the same in recorded in plat book 1, page 103, of the public records of hillsborough county, florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
