NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 3, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-030295, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF THE SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-NLC1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-NLC1, is Plaintiff and ANIBAL BRITO DA SILVA, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 2:00 p.m., on the 7 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 24, SUBURB ROYAL, ACCORIDNG TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE WEST ½ OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING THEREOF.
