FOR THE BENEFIT OF U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR HARBORVIEW 2006-1 TRUST FUND., is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM J. LAWLOR; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE FINANCIAL CORPORATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 12/06/2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
