NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 8, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2007 CA 004882 SC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-FF12 (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and JERIMIAH M. TROMP; FIRST FRANKLIN FINANCIAL CORPORATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 13th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
