NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 7th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 007849 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and JOAN T. TEETERS A/K/A JOAN TEETERS A/K/A JOAN M. TEETERS, if living and if deceased, any unknown party who may claim as heir, devisee, grantee, assignee, lienor, creditor, trustee or other claimant, by, through under or against JOAN T. TEETERS A/K/A JOAN TEETERS A/K/A JOAN M. TEETERS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOAN T. TEETERS; JOHN DOE; MARY DOE AND/OR ALL OTHER WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 12th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 14594, & 14595 SOUTH VENICE UNIT 56, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 23, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. APN# 0472-02-0060
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
