NOTICE IS GIVEN that under the Summary Final Judgment for Foreclosure entered in this action on February 7, 2011, and pursuant to the Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale entered in this action on November 3, 2011, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at https://www.pasco.realforeclose.com/ at 11:00 A.M. on December 5, 2011, the following described property:
Lot 6, Block AC, GROVES-PHASE 1A, according to the plat thereof, as in recorded in Plat Book 39, Page 120, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located at 20914 Eustis Road, Land O Lakes, Florida 34637-7436 (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
