Encarnacion and Corazon Encarnacion, Husband and Wife and Richard D. Fan are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on December 21, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 102, BUILDING 10, THE BELMONT AT RYALS CHASE, A CONDOMINIUM, AS PER THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6561, PAGE 416, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERTO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
