NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated November 10, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2008-CA-009952-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for the C-Bass Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-CB7, Plaintiff and Bronson Meads and Stephanie Meads, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on December 27, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK E, CHAPEL PINES PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO MAP OF THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
