LOT 9, BLOCK 12, RICHEY LAKES, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
