BENNETT A/K/A BRETT ROBERT BENNETT A/K/A BRETT ROBERT DIBENEDETTO; ANELYS E. BENNETT; BERKSHIRE VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TRAFALGAR SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF NAPLES, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 12th day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 201-N, TRAFALGAR SQUARE, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1252, PAGES 399 THROUGH 495, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
