notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-002343 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATIONAL CITY BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE CO DBA ACCUBANC MORTGAGE, is the Plaintiff and JOSE CASTRO; ILEANA CASTRO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. and JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE, are the Defendant(s). Dwight E. Brock will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash sales are conducted at In the Atrium on the First Floor of the Courthouse Annex- 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112, at 11:00a.m. on the 12 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to-wit:
EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 95, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 74, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
