NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-000985, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A is the Plaintiff and FEDNEL BASSETTE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FEDNEL BASSETTE N/K/A FLORENBTE BASSETTE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 12 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 31, COLLIER VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE(S) 60-62, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
