NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-001296, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and ARMANDO GARCIA, THE GOLDEN GATE CIVIC ASSOCIATION INC, AMELIA GARCIA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 12 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2 BLOCK 88, UNIT 3, GOLDEN GATE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 97 THROUGH 105, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
