NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-005302, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY A NATIONAL BANKING ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC., HOME EQUITY TRUST 2005-HE7 is the Plaintiff and ROQUE GARCIA, FAIRWAYS AT PAR TWO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, MARIA BLANCO, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, SONIA GARCIA and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROGUE GARCIA IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 12 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 102, BUILDING 23, FAIRWAYS AT PAR TWO, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RISTRICTIONS, TERMS, AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1046, PAGES 187 THROUGH 282, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS O COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
