NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4 day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-005558, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE OF LXS 2006-18N TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff and JOHN J. LUPINI, COLLIER HEALTH PARK OWNERS ASSOCIATION INC., REMINGTON RESERVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., JILL M. LUPINI and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 12 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1203, REMINGTON RESERVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4093 AT PAGE 1474, AS AMENDED,
OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
