NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-009082, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE BANC OF AMERICA MORTGAGE SECURITIES, INC. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005 -D is the Plaintiff and ALEXANDER LESSEUR A/K/A ALEXANDER G. LESSEUR, MARIA LESSEUR A/K/A MARIA F. LESSEUR, BANKATLANTIC, MONTEREY MASTER OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC, MONTEREY SINGLE FAMILY NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 12 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 67, VILLAGES OF MONTEREY AT WOODBRIDGE, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 10 THROUGH 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
