NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of November, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-000395, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2006-1, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2006-1 is the Plaintiff and BRIAN W CRAMER, UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRIAN W CRAMER, DALE HELLER, JUDITH HELLER and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 12 day of December, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 355, MARCO BEACH UNIT ELEVEN, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 80 THROUGH 86, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
