Eckman, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Collier Florida, described as:
THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 32, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 60, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at COLLIER County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 12 day of December, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
