notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated November 15, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number 2008-CA-001464, in the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff, and Larry Katzbeck, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Collier Florida, described as:
UNIT 138, FAIRWAY PRESERVE AT OLDE CYPRESS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3866, PAGES 4006 THROUGH 4127, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at COLLIER County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 12 day of December, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
